Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping From

All orders ship from our facility in Lake Forest, California.

Shipping Methods

We use:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS (for small accessories)

Delivery Time (Within the U.S.)

  • West Coast: 2–4 business days

  • Central & East Coast: 4–7 business days

International Shipping

Available for most products.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees.

Large Machines

Stringing machines and ball machines may ship via LTL freight.
Freight shipments require that someone is present to receive delivery.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.

  • Machines that show signs of use, wear, or installation may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened machine parts or accessories

  • Customized orders

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Return Process

  1. Contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide a return authorization and return address in Lake Forest, California.

  3. Please ship the product back within 7 days once approved.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable service.

Refunds

  • Once inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it immediately.
